If you would like information on becoming a dealer, please fill out the form below. If you already know you want to become a dealer, you may complete the dealer application online or download it and e-mail or fax it back to us at (866)748-1255.

If you are interested in purchasing bulk or packaged stock for your store, you may download the blank stock order form and e-mail or fax it back to us. Please include your resale certificate with your dealer application.

All applications will be reviewed upon receipt and dealers will be notified via email regarding approval.
